Amanda and Neal were married on a warm July day here in Saint Louis surrounded by their closest friends and warm and loving families. Naturally reserved and every inch a gentleman, Neal is the perfect match for the beautiful and ladylike Amanda whose genuine sweetness and joy set the tone for the entire wedding day. Neither the bride nor the groom wanted to be bothered by the fuss and stress that so often accompanies larger weddings, and thanks to their calm and very competent wedding planner, Katie Seager, their wedding day could not have been more relaxed.
The day began with Amanda and her sister enjoying a fun afternoon together getting ready. With her mother and sister by her side, she stepped into her gorgeous Carolina Herrera gown. She looked beautiful and beamed with happiness on the arm of her father as she walked down the aisle of St. Michael and St. George to meet her handsome groom.
The reception that followed at Old Warson Country Club was beautiful and lots of fun. Ken Meisner’s centerpieces in soft pinks and white were lush and created a garden feel which was perfectly accented by the lighting from the Aries Company. After enjoying a delicious and strikingly decorated cake by Sugaree, everyone gathered on the patio to be wowed as Gateway Fireworks’ colorful display lit up the night sky. The New Orleans Jazz Vipers Band and the fancy footwork of Prestige Ballroom’s swing dancers brought the party to the dance floor to continue the celebration.
Congratulations to this loving couple whose great love for each other will always bring them joy and happiness.
